Outgoing Mail Server (Youchoose Server)

You can choose to use your account's mail server to send your mail which is handy if you are travelling.
We do however recommend using your isp as your outgoing mail server to preserve your account's monthly allocated bandwidth.

Although when travelling, it is much easier to use your account's mail server to send your mail (or alternatively you may use our web mail application login here

Below is a step by step guide to enable your Outlook account to utilize your account's mail server for sending mail.

Microsoft Outlook

  1. From the Menu Bar, Click Tools then Click E-mail Accounts
  2. Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" then Click "Next"
  3. Select your Email account then Click "Change"
  4. Set both incoming and outgoing mail servers to mail.yourdomain.com.au 
  5. Click "More settings"
  6. Select "Outgoing Server" tab
  7. Select the box beside "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
  8. Select "Use same settings as my incoming email server"
  9. Click "Ok"
  10. Click "Next"
  11. Click "Finish"
